Stacey began her yoga journey in 2000, practicing in the comfort of her living room with a DVD after the birth of her son. What started as a simple workout quickly became a profound and transformative practice that would change her life in ways she never anticipated. After years of deepening her own practice, Stacey received her 200-hour yoga certification in 2019, eager to share the benefits of yoga with others. As a teacher, Stacey creates a welcoming, soulful space for her students to explore and connect with their physical bodies, minds, and spirits. Her classes are a blend of fun, creativity, and mindful movement, designed to challenge students while honoring the importance of ease and relaxation. With an emphasis on balancing effort with surrender, Stacey encourages students to listen to their own bodies, cultivate awareness, and find joy on and off the mat. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Stacey's classes offer an opportunity to grow, heal, and tap into your own inner wisdom.
